Before the incident
[REDACTED] was finishing the change his battery. He was returning the heavy steel plate back onto the lift that goes on the end of the battery compartment. The plate slipped and fell on his middle finger pinching it with the base.

He was taking a lid off power equipment battery and pulling it off and his finger was under the lid and it hit his middle left finger which also cut this finger. The led struck his finger and cut his finger.
