Before the incident
At approximately [REDACTED] a team member came into the office to report experiencing tightening in their lower back. The team member explained that while pulling a pallet into a trailer the wheel of the pallet jack got stuck in a rub on the trailer floor causing it to stop suddenly. At that moment the team member felt a slight pull in their lower back. The team member continued to work wrapping a pallet and began to feel increased pain in their lower back. At that point I stopped.
What happened
The temp EE was using a pallet jack and as he was staggering it and one of the wheels got jammed and the jack came to a complete stop. This made the EE feel a discomfort in his lower back. The EE did not seek medical attention.
