Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] notified me that TM [REDACTED] reported experiencing back pain and inquired if we had any medication available for pain relief. [REDACTED] said she didn?t have any and asked [REDACTED] what had happened. [REDACTED] explained that the injury occurred the previous day while she was picking in the tunnel. She was picking a yellow keyboard and when she grabbed it with her left hand and turned to the right to put it in a tote she didn?t realize how heavy it was. As she turned she felt tension in her back. [REDACTED] mentioned that she typically works through pain which is why she hadn?t reported the incident earlier. She also shared that she was hesitant to see a doctor due to not wanting to pay out of pocket. We contacted the nurse hotline and after speaking with them [REDACTED] was advised to visit Adventist Health on [REDACTED] as the clinic is closed over the weekend. Following the call [REDACTED] went home.
