At about [REDACTED] EE informed leader that he was feeling a sharp pain in his forearms when he grabbed and lifted things. EE believes it 's from when he loaded a treadmill with a customer around [REDACTED]. EE stated when he and a customer picked up one side to get it into a van the customer 's end slipped causing most of the weight to shift to his side. EE didn 't notice the pain until he started unloading trailers later in the night. He was picking while we were waiting for trailers to return.
