Before the incident

At approximately [REDACTED] yesterday [REDACTED] we had a TM roll their left ankle when stepping off of a [REDACTED]. TM was at [REDACTED] 4 (500 side near yellow bridge) when they put a black topper on a pallet turned to step off of the machine and misjudged the step down- causing their ankle to roll and them to stumble. TM did not fall but felt pain in their ankle immediately. TM did not report this to a leader until [REDACTED] refusing medical treatment. TM did come in today [REDACTED] and stated they wanted to get their ankle checked as it was causing pain and them to limp. We called the nurse hotline and TM was directed to see a provider.

What happened

EE was wrapping on the back station. He had tied the strap to the pallet and then stepped to to the front of the station. Reports he stepped off the platform area and rolled his foot. Reports the level dow was around 6 inches.EE sought for future treatment.
