Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] TM reported to leadership they injured their back last night ([REDACTED]) between [REDACTED] while lifting black totes from the conveyor to put on T&G rollers (RLC T&G line). TM stated that 3-4 totes came down at once and one of the totes had 6 items including laptop and bunch of [REDACTED]. She continued working scanning and putting items in their proper areas not realizing she hurt her back until a little while later.

What happened

The employee states she was getting totes off the conveyor and putting them on the rollers. Three or four totes came in a row. She noticed one of the totes was really heavy. The employee continued working. Felt pain in the right and left lower back after the work load slowed down.
