Before the incident
TM was unloading a trailer when he noticed a palled turned with product on it. He attempted to turn it with a metal tool but could not get it. He then used his body and felt a pain his lower left back.
What happened
He was unloading the trailer. He disconnected the trailer. He was pulling the PE onto the pallets. One was turned the opposite direction. He got a hook to move it around so he could pull it out. It was extremely heavy and it didn 't move. It jerked his back and he continued to try to get it out. He pulled underneath and in the process his left lower back started aching.
