Before the incident

TM was playing cornhole for a team build activity and when they went to throw the bag felt a sharp pain in his right shoulder. We called nurse and it was suggested he get it looked at; TM did stretch before playing cornhole.

What happened

Employee was tossing a sand bag for a game of corn hole. He felt pain in his right shoulder when his body crossed over the front of his body. He stated that the girp in the right hand is weak. Pain has continued since the time of injury. He has pain and a tingling sensation in the right hand.
