Before the incident
OPs Supervisor [REDACTED] informed me that [REDACTED] had reported an injury and was seating at the cooling station. [REDACTED] explained that yesterday on [REDACTED] while working she must twisted her back or lifted a heavy unit improperly as she left some pain towards the end of her shift. [REDACTED] didn 't mention injury and decided to go home. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] her upper back was rested and didn 't feel stress but as the day progress the pain return. Pain level of 8 out of 10. [REDACTED] stated that she was working with black totes and some air fryers. The nurse hotline was contacted for further guidance; TM stated that they were going to follow up with their doctor.
