Before the incident
Was in sorter area coming down a ladder crossing the sorter line. Was descending the ladder facing away from ladder and missed last step. When foot impacted ground ankle buckled and fell to the floor.
What happened
The EE was crossing the sorter line with a ladder and as he stepped off the sorter line his left ankle buckled. The EE was unable to walk and may have sustained a fracture to the left ankle according to the ER. The EMS were called and the paramedics set the ankle and put a brace on it before taking the EE to hospital via ambulance.
