What happened
Associate reported she was picking and packing on [REDACTED] and on [REDACTED] her shoulder was sore. Associate reports she tried home remedies to resolve the pain but the condition did not improve. On [REDACTED] she reported she needed more than home remedies and reported the incident. Associate was performing normal work duties within SOP and process controls repetitive motions of lifting and moving of carts is typical of the work task. Heavier items are staged in the middle level to ease lifting mechanics although there are times where the item does not fit and must be placed on top level.
