[REDACTED] tripped and fell on his left hand between his wrist and forearm which cause the left hand injury [REDACTED] had a prior injury on the left wrist that did not occur on the job. [REDACTED] got injured from the left railings and when [REDACTED] fell his left wrist went back cause the railings fell outerward.
