What happened
IW informed this RN that she and other [REDACTED] lifted resident with each [REDACTED] holding one of resident 's leg and arm(standing on the left & right of resident) and lifted resident from her rollator seat while unresponsive and placed resident on her bed. Witness confirmed that both [REDACTED] 's twisted while holding resident. On paperwork IW stated that she felt pain in her low back the following day. This RN instructed both [REDACTED]s to lower resident to the floor instead of picking her up and twisting to prevent injuries.
