What happened
IW was moving INVICARE Hoyer lift with resident on lift. This nurse was present and assisting with move transfer of resident to toilet. Wheels were not moving smoothly and felt locked. Brakes checked and not in locked position. Wheels did move but not easily. IW needed to exert some force to move lift causing strain and burning feeling to R shoulder and top of R arm. Also complained of pinching and 'tingling in fingers.
