IW reported to nurse that she hurt her back with a resident. She was helping another CNA with resident in [REDACTED] and felt a sharp pain in her lower back. She was helping turn the resident on her side. The other CNA noticed facial grimacing while she was turning her. IW also explained that she hurt her back about [REDACTED] while working and didn 't report it to anyone but went to the ER the next day for back pain.
