What happened
IW was outside on the Main Kitchen Loading Dock breaking down cardboard boxes. His back was facing the end of the loading dock and got too close to the end causing him to step off the loading dock. He landed on both of his feet. IW said that the loading dock chain was not resecured after a delivery at the time of the fall. IW did not report this incident after it happened instead told a manager the day after since his right leg started hurting.
