What happened
IW was assisting an arrival and the turning handle on the ramp was not fully retracted and not noticeable. She went to release the brakes when the handle for the brake and steering wheel came in contact and her left ring finger was crushed in between. It was swelling and she couldn 't move her hand without some pain. Her finger was wrapped and she was able to continue with her duties.
