Lifting Pulleys

A metal cage of 4 pulleys that weighted approximately 95lbs arrived from [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] needed to repackage that to send to the supplier to machine. When lifting them out of the cage to put in another box [REDACTED] strained his back on [REDACTED] 22 23. Didn 't report at the time. When they came back he was loading them into a press to assemble and re-strained it 3 14 23. He then went to the doctor the [REDACTED] due to the pain and needs to get an MRI potentially to see if he has a herniated disk but at minimum strained his lower back.
