EMPLOYEE MISSTEP AND ROLLED HIS ANKLE RESULTING IN THE INJURY PER VIDEO FOOTAGE THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING TOWARD THE READY ROOM DOOR AND MISSTEPPED WHICH ROLLED HIS LEFT ANKLE CAUSING HIM TO FALL. FIRE DEPARTMENT TO ARRIVE AND DID A PRELIMINARY CHECK. EMPLOYEE REFUSED AN AMBULANCE AND WENT TO URGENT CARE.
