Before the incident

What happened
The employee opened the top two drawers of the tooling cabinet which caused the cabinet to become unstable and tip forward. The roughly 40 cabinet tipped toward the employee allowing the other drawers to slide forward ultimately causing the cabinet to knock the employee to the ground spilling the contents of punches and dies onto his right leg from the hip to the toes.
