There was a piece of wood lodged in the saw. He was working with the Mill [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] stopped the saw and walked to the back of the machine to the disconnect box to lock it and to dislodge it. He opened the bottom access door and reached in cutting the end of his middle finger. It was stitched up. It is listed as a partial amputation. The lodged wood was not in the area He reached.
