What happened
Part was accidentally lifted (crane) by the injured worker onto a clip installed on the flange where resting on the clip caused a teeter-totter effect and the part began to swing slightly. Employee grabbed the part once swinging then the part slipped off the clip and came down on their LH pinky finger.
