APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE COLLAPSE THE EMPLOYEE REPORTED FEELING LIGHTHEADED. THE EMPLOYEE WAS INSTRUCTED TO SIT DOWN AND WAS PROVIDED WITH WATER DUE TO A POSSIBLE DEHYDRATION CONCERN. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ASKED IF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES SHOULD BE CONTACTED AND DECLINED AT THAT TIME. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES THE EMPLOYEE STOOD UP AND REPORTED FEELING IMPROVED.
