Transporting Product into cooler using a Hand-Truck Dolly.

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an employee reported an incident that occurred during a product delivery to the cooler. While maneuvering a hand-truck into the cooler the employee 's equipment bumped into a package causing it to tip forward. In an instinctive effort to prevent the product from falling the employee reached out to catch the falling items and subsequently felt a burning sensation and soreness in their right shoulder.
