On [REDACTED] while washing and rotating a large stator on the Etch Line a Titanium Line Operator sustained a laceration to their left index finger. The employee was wearing the designated PPE which included a Cut Level 2 gauntlet glove over two layers of nitrile gloves. The employee promptly reported the injury to their supervisor received initial first aid and was then transported offsite by AMR receiving medical attention beyond first aid.
