Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a Wax Assembler experienced an incident while returning to their workstation after disposing of trash. The employee exited the main marked pathway and their foot came into contact with a low material handling dolly (low boy) causing them to fall from a standing position and land on their right side at the same level. They did not hit their head or lose consciousness. The supervisor was immediately informed contacted Maintenance and called emergency services. The employee was transported off-site and received medical care beyond first aid.
