Before the incident
EE was in his department on sub basement assembling personal belongings. He then exited the building at the security exit to the dock.
What happened
EE was walking on the dock outside the employee entrance. EE stepped down from the dock platform to the lower dock (no step area) and fell to the ground. EE sustained bruise to right elbow and turned his right ankle resulting in swelling in both areas.
