TRANSFERRING PATIENT FROM CHAIR TO THE BED.
What happened
PATIENT HIGH FALL RISK PATIENT JUST FELL THE NIGHT BEFORE PATIENT WAS AGITATED AND GETTING OUT OF BED CONFUSED WANT TO LEAVE THE ROOM. I WAS REDIRECTING PATIENT BACK TO THE BED DUE TO RISK OF FALL. PATIENT WAS RESISTING. WITH THE HELP OF CHARGE NURSE AND THE TECH WE MANAGE TO PUT BACK IN BED WITHE USE OF A BLANKET TO TRANSER PATIENT FROM CHAIR TO THE BED. IN DOING SO I STRAINED MY SHOULDER AND BACK.
