What happened
While working in the Packaging Department a team member was cutting cardboard pieces for packaging orders. During the task the team member attempted to cut a piece using his right hand but misjudged the placement of his left hand resulting in a laceration to his left wrist. The Product Manager and Product Coordinator responded immediately and administered first aid which was initially successful. However it was determined that further medical evaluation was necessary. The team member was taken to [REDACTED] for additional treatment and assessment.
