WORKER WAS ON THE BED OF HIS FLATBED TRUCK HE WAS USING A 5 FOOT BAR TO PRY THE SIDE RAILS OF HIS BED OUT THAT HAD BEEN SMASHED IN BY FORKLIFTS. HE SLIPPED AND FELL OFF OF THE TRUCK.
