What happened
Employee was lining up the coil with the team leader. According to the employee the uncoiler started to move on its own as soon as he tried to feed the material onto the rollers and the team leader was moving the crane out of the way; however the C hook attachment bounced back toward the employee and when he moved away from the C-hook he cut his hand.
