Per employee via incident report At around [REDACTED] I was approached by transport to assist with a patient move into a stretcher while we were attempting to stand the patient for a stand in pivot the patient pushed back and at that point my lower back gave out. What conditions influenced the incident (weather equipment malfunctions time of day stress etc)? The patient has bouts of confusion and while we were attempting to lift her she got emotional and resisted and pushed back as I was lifting What caused the incident?
