The employee 's written report is as follows: I was walking thru the parking lot g at [REDACTED] to come into work and I slipped on ice. I tried to catch myself from falling so I tried to hold onto a car that was to the right of me. I kept myself from falling but consequently I hurt my right upper back and right ankle. I kept walking punched into work but as i rounded to see my patients I felt the pain was getting worse.
