Before the incident
Team member was attempting to free a wheel of the dishwasher cart from a open spot between the mezzanine and the dishwasher with two other team members
What happened
As employee was loading cart into dishwasher wheel got stuck in threshold track and as she pushed she felt a pop in her right shoulder. She called for assistance to get cart into dishwasher and told me what had happened. I took her straight to the nurse.
