I was bringing an empty ICU bed down to Cath Lab with a coworker witness [REDACTED] - HME2799 . Coming up the ramp from ICU D-Pod to the Cardiac Elevators the floor was wet and I slipped. I rolled my left big toe and landed on both knees.
