Trying to get leverage to prevent patient from "bulldozing him over"

while on a patient watch the pt was going through alcoholic DTs and was delirious and hallucinating. The pt had a history of trying to leave the room so I was assigned to watch him. The pt had been talking to himself or to whatever hallucination he was seeing when very suddenly the pt jumped out of bed and tried getting out of the room. I blocked his way the pt tried to push passed and then tried to overpower me. I was able to use the pts bodyweight and with the help of RN [REDACTED] we were able to get back in bed. during the struggle my R shoulder popped with some pain radiating to trap and bicep. Pt placed in restraints by medical and security staff event clear.
