Before the incident
Employee was washing totes with a pressure washer.
What happened
On [REDACTED] while tipping totes with 3 - 9 inches of water in the bottom resulting from washing totes with a pressure washer. Employee was lifting on the top edge of the tote to tilt it over and dump water out of the inside of the tote. Employee would then wash out the residue from the inside of the tote with the pressure washer. At approximately [REDACTED] the employee noticed a pain that felt like squeezing squishing in the lower left testicle. Employee continued working until the end of shift on [REDACTED]. During that [REDACTED] the employee described that the pain was radiating from the left side of his lower groin. On [REDACTED] Employee returned to work and reported that he felt fine to return. As the employee worked through the morning the employee reported that the pain was returning and beginning to intensify. Employee described the pain as being similar to that on [REDACTED].
