Had returned from lunch and prepped for the installation of the rudder.

Tech was assisting in installing the elevator holding the elevator with left arm pushing with an up inward force. was in this position off and on for approx. 40 minutes. Noticed pain a short time after completing task as time has progressed the pain is progressively getting worse. Tech did not report this immediately due to not feeling it would be anything serious and felt it was fatigued at the time of the incident.
