What happened

[REDACTED] was actively involved in engaging with associates by overseeing games serving food and facilitating raffle activities on the first session which concluded around [REDACTED]. The forecast for the day indicated a high temperature of 92 degrees Fahrenheit. After the first session ended [REDACTED] was speaking with associates and some of her peers and began to feeling nauseous so went to sit down by the ice cream stand to cool off and drink some water by this time the temperature had reached approximately 90 degrees. Our second session started at [REDACTED] and around this time [REDACTED] felt the need to throw up and attempted to go to the bathroom but couldn 't make it to the front entrance and became ill by the QA Emergency Exit. [REDACTED] observed that [REDACTED] was displaying symptoms consistent with heat exhaustion which included sweating facial redness nausea and vomiting. [REDACTED] promptly provided assistance escorting her to the air-conditioned front conference room
