Before the incident
Putting the caps back on the IBC tote. Started to push empty the tote off the spill containment and rotated the tote by the metal frame.
What happened
When [REDACTED] finished rotating the tote he notices he had cut his finger. There was no blood spilled at the scene. As he was turning the tote he felt his finger go in between the metal placard plate and the frame of the tote.
