What happened

i believe i had cold chills in the morning or i had a seizure. i wasnt able to stop shaking for about 20 seconds or so. [REDACTED] one of our lead techs saw me shaking. she ask me if i was having a seizure. i dont think i did. never had one before. I did get food poisioning [REDACTED] prior that made me sick. i think it was the tail end of the food poisioning. So after i was done shaking i got up to get a warm blanket and noticed my neck was hurting pretty bad. I went and got a pt and noticed pain in my right shoulder moving the equipment around. The next day i woke with nerve pain in my right shoulder. i thought it might just be a pinched nerve and it would go away. [REDACTED] i had to go to the doctors to get checked out. Got xrays and MRI. moderate to severe compression of C5-C6 right nerve root and C6-C7 nerve root.
