What happened
I was getting ready to transfer a patient as soon as i started to move my lower back started to cramp up. i continued my work throughout the day it started to hurt even more.. next day i woke up and it was very sore. i decided to go to urgent care at the end of my day was told i had a lower back sprain followed DR. orders from there.
