What happened

Around [REDACTED] Supervisor [REDACTED] and I were meeting and [REDACTED] came to [REDACTED] 's office saying she was need and it was very important. Upon entering exam room caregiver was on the exam table under a blanket with the lights off. I was told she believed she was having an adverse reaction following receiving a flu vaccination [REDACTED]. She was breathing rapidly and stating she had pain at her rib cage. She had been seen by a PA passing by and they stated that her heart rate rhythm were normal no fever no airway obstruction and she was coherent. Wheelchair was brought to the exam room. Breathing became less rapid after removing a garment that was putting pressure on her rib cage [REDACTED] stated that this relieved some of the pain and stated she did not want to go to the ED but instead rest. I set an alarm for 15mins. [REDACTED] stayed with [REDACTED] for support and to monitor. Caregiver started to complain of tingling and loss of sensation to her left side. I called EMS
