Walking into work office
What happened
When walking into work he did not place his foot properly on the sidewalk. When this occurred he stated that his knee gave out and he fell. He does not feel pain in the areas on which he fell only on the knee that gave out when trying to enter the Engineering Shop. He attempted to bandage the knee to provide support and he ran it under cold water but is still feeling pain. Another tech was called in and injured associate was sent home to rest.
