[REDACTED] was working on the stacker 2 on the Pendu and managing the boards coming off the conveyor. Forklift driver told him there was a jam in the stacker and as employee went to look at the wood placement forklift driver hit the wood slab to fit on the stack and in doing so the force was hard causing the wood to slide further hitting [REDACTED] in the left eye. Supervisor called me and I questioned if employee was seeking medical and at the time he declined. I directed him to get employee an ice pack from the first aid kit and apply it to the injured eye.
