Employee stated that there were three other employees working in the area and she positioned herself on the right side of the oven standing over the sanitary mat.While retrieving pans from the oven she turned to place the pan on the rack but due to the traction of the mat her shoes did not move properly causing her to lose balance. As a result she fell and hit her left eye on the edge of a hot pan that was on the rack.
