What happened
Moving a rack into position near a workstation. After dropping the rack into position they let go of the rack. As they turned around to look they saw blood on their hand. As the associate did not hit their hand on anything it was determined that that must have been a small metal burr or sharp spot on the rack that cut the associate 's right middle finger.
