What happened
Employee was on a two step stool and was on the top step attempting to retrieve a large container of Scooby graham cracker snacks located on the top shelf of the panty. As employee grabbed the container and began to step down onto the first step she missed the step on her way down causing her to fall and loose her balance. Employee struck her left shoulder against the door frame on her way down and fell onto the floor.
