Before the incident
Walking thru grass in route to home building.
What happened
employee had parked her vehicle and was in route to her building to begin work. While walking through the grass to access the sidewalk employee stated her foot hooked under something which she felt was a vine. This caused her to loose her balance and fall forward onto he ground primarily striking her left knee. Employees knee suddenly swelled and caused a hematoma.
