Retrieving tools after replacing light fixture.

What happened

Employee was in the process of installing a new light fixture. Realizing he wasn 't going to be able to complete the job before his shift ended employee decided to pack up his gear and pause the job. Employee stated that he then returned and stepped up two or three rungs on the 6 ft ladder to gather his tools and a flash light. He noticed that the wire loom was hanging down from he ceiling so he elected to pull it up through the ceiling grid to get it out of the way. As he pulled the cable the wire nut became caught This resulted in him loosing his balance and falling roughly two foot off the ladder. When falling off the ladder his left ankle became caught between the rungs resulting his him twisting his ankle. Employee didn 't feel any immediate issues were caused and felt the ankle would improve. After no significant improvement and self treating employee elected to seek medical care
